Service Description
Enhance skills with personalized 1:1 tutoring sessions. Using Orton-Gillingham-based instruction, Jana supports K–8 students in improving their reading, spelling, and writing abilities, focusing on phonics, comprehension, and fluency in a distraction-free environment.
Cancellation Policy
📜 Tutoring Terms & Conditions Scheduling & Session Use Sessions must be used within the calendar month of purchase. Unused sessions do not roll over unless previously discussed and approved. All sessions must be booked in advance through my scheduling system (Calendly or Wix Bookings). Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. If I must cancel, I will offer a makeup session or apply a credit to the next month. Payments Packages are billed monthly in advance. Payment confirms your session times and holds your child’s spot. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or through the website. Sibling Discount A 10% discount is applied per child when both are enrolled in a package. Sick Policy If your child is sick (fever, vomiting, contagious symptoms), please reschedule. I reserve the right to send a child home if they appear ill during a session. Location Sessions are held in my home-based schoolhouse in Sun Terrace, Concord. Virtual sessions are available with parent agreement. Materials I provide all in-session materials unless otherwise arranged. For virtual sessions requiring mailed hands-on materials, a $55 prep fee may apply. Communication I’m happy to check in via email or text after sessions when needed.
